Beatrice Street is one of the oldest streets in Oswestry steeped in history. It was one of the main routes into the walled town of Oswestry and is said to have been named after Beatrice, wife of Henry IV.
On the site of the former Holy Trinity Mission Room, which was built in 1888, Kitwe Developments have built twelve apartments aimed at the first time buyer or investor as prices started as low as
£103,950*. The apartments are all 2 bedroomed with a lounge/kitchen. The kitchens include electric oven, hob, canopy and washer/dryer, with spaces for dishwasher and fridge freezer.
These twelve apartments have been built in two blocks over three floors. All apartments have secure door fob entry systems and on-road parking is available adjacent to the site or in the supermarket car park opposite.
